Collegeboxes.com Announces New Headquarters and Services at Boston University
(PRWeb) December 16, 2006 -- CollegeBoxes.com announced today the opening of its new headquarters in downtown Boston. The new location includes an expanded 30 seat call center that promises to eliminate hold time and increase the already outstanding level of customer service. "Our new call center will provide the best college boxes service in the industry," said Anne Lombardi, Director of Customer Service.
In addition to the expanded call center, the new office includes a dedicated operations center where the company monitors service at each of its 40 campuses across the country. "The new center allows me to track each truck at each campus via a GPS system embedded in cell phones that each driver carries," said Justin Keane, Director of Operations. The new office will provide each CollegeBoxes.com customer with superior service unmatched by any other college storage company in the country.
Collegeboxes.com also announced that students at more than 30 campuses who are studying abroad for the spring semester can sign up right now for Study Abroad Storage. This unique service includes a pickup in the student's room, storage for 9 months in our climate controlled facility, and delivery back to the student's room when they return to school next fall. Study Abroad Storage is available for the first time at over 15 new colleges and universities including Catholic University in Washington D.C and Fordham University in New York City.
Collegeboxes.com is also announcing a new service at Boston University for students who were temporarily housed in hotels near campus during the first semester. The company has partnered with Boston University and Paul Taylor Moving & Storage, a United Van Lines agent, to offer a unique service to these students. Collegeboxes.com and Paul Taylor personnel will be on site at the hotels for several days at the end of the semester to collect students' belongings before they leave for Christmas break. Their items will be stored securely while they are gone and delivered back to their new dorm on campus when they return. Best of all, the service is free to all students who are currently living in these hotels!
