Leadership Development Coach Receives "Top 10" Honors from Women's Business Boston

Needham, MA (PRWEB) July 16, 2007 -- Cindy Loughran, Principal of CBL Associates (http://www.cblassociates.com), a Leadership Development and Teambuilding Coaching Practice located in Needham, MA, has been named one of the "Top 10 Coaches in 2007" in a tri-state area that includes Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Initiated in 2003 by Women's Business Boston, the Professional and Woman's Business Journal, the Top 10 Coach award is an annual event created by Women's Business to recognize outstanding area coaches identified by their clients as having had a significant impact on their personal growth and professional success.

Each year, Women's Business requests nominations through advertisements in their monthly journal and an e-mail blast to subscribers and other contacts. Those coaches receiving the greatest number of recommendations are named to the list. In cases where coaches tie in the number of recommendations received, the selection is made based upon the qualitative content of those nominations.
