VistaPrint Raises $16,000 for Greater Boston Food Bank

Lexington, MA (PRWeb) January 31, 2007 -- VistaPrint USA, a subsidiary of VistaPrint Limited (Nasdaq:VPRT), the leading online supplier of high-quality graphic design services and customized printed products to small businesses and consumers, today announced employees donated more than $8,000 to The Greater Boston Food Bank. VistaPrint USA matched employee donations bringing the total amount donated to over $16,000. This is the second year VistaPrint employees have raised money for the Greater Boston Food Bank.

VistaPrint employees purchased raffle tickets at the company's annual holiday party on January 20, 2007 to raise money for the charity. The vast majority of prizes in the raffle were also donated by VistaPrint employees and included everything from babysitting services to a week at a house in France, flying lessons and a home cooked gourmet dinner.

"VistaPrint USA is deeply connected to the local community and feels strongly about supporting organizations that impact peoples' lives in a positive way," said Anne Drapeau, chief people officer at VistaPrint. "Employees were so proud of last year's donation to the Greater Boston Food Bank that they were a natural choice for this year's fundraiser. Our employees literally lined up to purchase raffle tickets knowing their donations would help feed hungry people across the region."
